We are a family business with over 20 years of experience in construction. We work in various types of homes and businesses including single and two-story family residences, apartment buildings, churches and local businesses. We hold a General B Construction license but each of our team members have specialized in a different trade.


Elio is our most experienced team member. He holds the general contractor license for our company and has been working in general construction for over 12 years. He is our expert in interior remodeling work which includes custom bathroom remodeling from beginning to end including niches, benches, shower faucets, vanities, tile floors and walls. He is also specializes in kitchen renovation and remodeling including finish carpentry, replacing cabinets, appliances, building kitchen islands and adding/removing walls. He also has experience with closets, painting, drywall texturing and more.

 

Since 1998 our team member Toyo has been working mostly in the beautiful beach cities of Newport Beach, San Clemente, Aliso Viejo and Laguna Niguel. If you need an expert to install a Mahogany, Red Oak, White Oak, French Door or a 5 panel Cantina Door, Toyo is the guy for you. He has been acquiring expertise in French Doors and Windows installation since 1998. He is also an expert in finish carpentry, crown molding, baseboard, casing, panels, and drywall. His exterior work experience includes stucco and painting.
 

Luis is an expert in exterior work. He has 18 years of experience working in landscaping, sprinkler systems, drains, patio covers, barbecues, fire pits and maintenance including block walls, backyard, custom concrete, stone, pavers, brick, foundations, excavation. He is also an expert in wood repair including fascia board, dry rot, rafter tails, shiplaps, roof repairs and any kind of stucco texture.
